No Midlife Crisis

...as I said at work, when somebody asked me. "It isn't a midlife crisis. I'm too old for that."



This decision was largely influenced by the State getting some decent four-wheel-drive fleet vehicles that I can use to get out to the oil and gas Central Production Facilities. They bought the same pickup truck I had, in fact.

I wanted a car for a while. The fact that it's a Mustang is the midlife part, I guess-- although since I have no kids, why not?

It's "only" the V-6, with a five-speed manual. Drives beautifully.

I have never before in my life had a cool car. It's nice.

I hope you don't think less of me for actually deigning to get something that has.. (choke).. style...

And if it WAS a midlife crisis (said the one hitting puberty at 45), would it matter? ;)
