Bad Actors?

For a story, I need the name of a young movie star known for minor mayhem such as getting drunk and trashing hotel rooms. Doesn't have to be bad at acting, although that's no problem if he is. He's not going to have any lines in the story, he's just going to appear for a moment.

If necessary, he could be some other type of entertainer if he would be on the guest list at one of those parties that Anyone Who is Anyone attends. All I really need is a name almost anyone besides myself would recognize instantly.

Any suggestions?
